Methology and background

profilingvalues is a validated, scientific procedure, which has been tested a thousand times and which provides an overarching and precise analysis of persons and teams. It is based on the Axiology Methodology of the Value Scientist Robert S. Hartman. This methodology fulfills the highest quality standards, cannot be manipulated and provides a deep insight into the respective person in only 20 minutes time. It discloses for instance which skills a person has, what she or he focuses on, which strenghts he or she has, which mental state the person is in and what the possible reasons for this might be.

You will for example get the following insights about yourself or the person having performed the psychometric screening: 

skills (human, practical and strategic), potentials, maturity, willingness to change, job performance, engagement level, mental state and possible reasons for it. Moreover a stress profile is established, disclosing the behaviour when under pressure (resilience).
