Personal information:

I was born in Munich in 1974.

For me as value profiler the following values are of utmost importance in my life: discipline, integrity, competence, accuracy and trust.

For as long as I can think people relied on me and granted me the honour to accompany them for a while on their way, until they felt strengthened enough to continue it on their own.

Fortunately my own life has not always been smooth and easy, so that it allowed me to learn, grow and develop myself. For having overcome some hardships of life I have been amply rewarded: I learned how to overcome those moments, not to be frightened of life any more and how to acquire a feeling of inner strength and deep joy. As Doro May put it: "Life is wonderful - no one said it would be easy".

In the course of the last three decades I was given the opportunity to learn more and more toolsets in order to be able to support others better to find their way. I am grateful for all this every day of my life (as I am for many other things).
